The TrainerDay website offers a wide selection of over 20,000 workouts suitable for various platforms. In addition to the workouts, there are also training plans available. The app provides access to 20 workouts without requiring a subscription, and for unlimited workouts and training plans, users can upgrade for full access.

TrainerDay ensures compatibility with verified trainers and devices that have Bluetooth capability. This includes all heart rate monitors that follow the standard, standard power meters, and popular trainer models such as Wahoo Core, Kickr, and Snap; Tacx Neo, Flux, Flow, Vortext, and Bushido; Elite Direto and Suito; Saris H2 and H3. Most other new model trainers should also be compatible.

It's important to note that there is no support for ANT+ in iOS.

TrainerDay prides itself on being fast and flexible, allowing users to start their training session within seconds (after a quick initial setup). The app also makes it easy to make dynamic adjustments to workouts, intervals, or intensities during training sessions. Users have fast access to ERG and Resistance or Slope training modes.

Apple Watch is supported by TrainerDay. Users can record their heart rate, view relevant stats on the watch, and start or stop the application. When connected to an Apple Watch, workouts will automatically be saved to Apple Health.
